This spectacular, newly renovated holiday home offers luxury accomodation with breathtaking sea views from the full size windows looking towards the award winning Porthmeor Beach. Just moments from the South West Coast path, and a 10 minute walk from the soft sands and charming streets of St Ives, it is the perfect base for families, friends and their dogs, seeking both relaxation, and adventure.

Every attention to detail has made during the redesign of Carragmeor. The reverse level living celebrates the spectacular coastal outlook.  From the open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge, the view is the main attraction, whether you are cooking up a storm in the modern kitchen, dining with friends at the large dining table, lounging on the sofa watching the TV, or sitting by the bifold doors, listening to the waves enjoying a glass of wine. Downstairs, the bedrooms can accomodate ten people, with 2 King rooms, a double, a twin (which can also be turned into a double) and a bunk room. 3 of the rooms have luxurious ensuites with showers, and bedrooms 4&5, have the use of the family bathroom, with bath and overshower.

Sunny mornings can be spent enjoying your morning coffee basking in the early morning rays on the well furnished garden. The sheltered patio is completely enclosed, creating a sun trap for outdoor dining.

Surfers will also love the addition of an outside shower to rinse off the salt water when returning from riding the waves which Porthmeor is famous for.

Wake to the sound of waves, enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the ever-changing sea scape and spend your days relaxing on one of the towns 4 beaches, walking the South West coast path, or exploring the town's vibrant art scene. If you are an early riser, you could start your day by watching an incredible sunrise from behind the Chapel on The Island. Sunsets can be seen from the front of the house looking down towards 'Man's Head', the rock formation on the waters edge when looking West.
